A China Glaze classic - Dorothy Who?

So last month, I did a little damage at Sally Beauty because of their BOGO 1 free.  I decided to get the highly loved Dorothy Who? and am I glad I did.  This is a sparkling blue with both silver and blue micro glitters.  It almost has a little bit of a fleck look.

The formula was ok.  I think because of all the glitters, this is a little thicker than I like but it's still fairly easy to use.  I only needed two coats, but I might have even been able to get away with one if I were more careful.  Topped with one coat of NYC GCS.

I'm LOVING this light box.  The photograph quality has increased dramatically.  I'm so glad I bought this thing.  Wow.
